We walked a block to Central Park with Prince and Romeo pulling us the whole way! They LOVE going to the park! As the temperature and humidity climbed higher and higher, the dogs walked slower and slower. Pretty soon, they plopped down on the sidewalk, and refused to go any further! Momma and Papa carried the little fluff balls back home.
I always marvel at how a city like New York can have such a gorgeous natural reserve right smack dab in the middle of Manhattan! Walking through central park, you'd have no idea that the skyscrapers and cabs are so close by. Even the gas in Central Park is natural!
Saturday evening, we went to the East Village, to see a band called the Izzie's play at Lakeside Lounge. It was a cute little dive bar- Dan and Joe were excited to see that there was a Ms. PacMan game:
