Annie's products contain no animal rennet, and although I'm sure that's a good thing, I had NO idea what it meant. So I turned to google to help me solve this mystery.
I found this article from the Whole Foods website, which explains what rennet is, and why it's controversial and in some opinions (including mine!) unethical.
Thoughts?
